Market resolves to YES if the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill (or a successor bill with the same short title covering England and Wales) receives Royal Assent on or before 31 December 2026. Prime Minister Andy Burnham has said he will not vote at second reading and that the government will remain officially neutral. Passage by one House only, or a Scottish bill, resolves NO.
